His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council received on Thursday the credentials of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Yemen Sheikh Ali bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa.
The Ambassador conveyed to President al-Alimi the greetings of his brother King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and His Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, along with their wishes for stability, peace, and development for the Yemeni people.
Following the ceremony, the President of the Presidential Council met with the new Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain, discussing with him the distinguished bilateral relations between the two countries, as well as the latest developments in the Yemeni situation and regional issues of common interest.
The President welcomed the Bahraini Ambassador, affirming the provision of all necessary facilitations and support for him to carry out his duties in serving the bilateral relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.
