The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Al-Mahrami reiterates support for judicial authorities

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) Abdul Rahman al-Mahrami renewed the PLC's full support for judiciary and its independence.

" The PLC is keen on underpinning judiciary, eagerly seeking to bolster its neutrality and create supportive circumstances to help judicial personnel doing their job effectively and aptly".

He voiced his statement during his meeting today, Thursday, in the interim capital Aden with the Chairman of the Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) Judge Mohsen Talib and the Chief of Supreme Court Judge Ali al-Awash.

Judges Talib and al-Awash reported to al-Mahrami about the SJC's efforts to improve the actions of the courts and prosecutions to deliver justice. They also cited the most notable difficulties facing the SJC and judicial authority.

The PLC's member underlined the importance of cooperation and coordination between the judiciary and executive authorities to enforce the rule of law and deliver justice.
