Member of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Governor of Marib governorate Maj. General Sultan al-Arada convened a meeting today, Tuesday, intended to help the debtors prisoners in the governorate and to facilitate their release during the blessed month of Ramadan.
The meeting brought together Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior Mohammed Salem bin Aboud, Deputy governor of Marib governorate Abdullah al-Bakeri, Head of the Appeals Prosecution Judge Aref al-Mikhlafi, Chief of Security Brigadier General Yahya Hamid and Chairman and members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Marib governorate.
The assembly decided to help releasing 30 defaulters prisoners at least during the month of Ramadan.
The PLC's member pledged to pay a portion of the debtors' debts and urged merchants and businessmen to contribute to help the indebted prisoners.
