The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Yemen has joined the meeting of the Arab Higher Committee for Standardization, with its participating delegation headed by Manager of the Standards, Metrology and Quality Control Authority Hadid Almas.
The participants reviewed the level of implementation of the previous meeting's recommendations and the Arab strategy for standardization, and coordinating the Arab attitude toward regional and international quality standards.
