Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen (CBY) Ahmed Ghalib held talks today, Wednesday, in the interim capital Aden, with a visiting team from the World Bank (WB) headed by the Regional Director of the International Finances Corporation (IFO) Aftab Ahmed.
The discussions covered topical issues relating to joint cooperation and coordination between the CBY and WB, IFO and WB's support for the CBY.
The financial and monetary reforms carried out by the CBY, progress realized and challenges need to be addressed were also touched upon.
