Senior Taiz official, JSI discuss interventions in the health sector in the governorate

Deputy Governor of Taiz for Health Affairs, Dr. Ilan Abdul Haq, and John Snow Incorporated (JSI) discussed in a meeting here today working jointly to enhance access to health care in the governorate.

The Deputy Governor praised the role of JSI and its support for the advancement of the health sector, and urged those in charge of the organization to work according to the plan, needs and programs of the Ministry of Health's branch office.

For her part, the organization’s technical director touched on the organization’s interventions in the field of maternal and child health, the previous programs implemented by the organization in the governorate’s districts, and future plans and projects for filling health needs gaps.
