Crude oil prices fell in early Asian trading today, Tuesday, as investors' expectations of demand growth eased due to ongoing trade tensions between the United States and China.
Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi received Monday the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Yemen Mohammad al-Za'abi.
The two parties discussed mutual relations between the two countries and promising horizons to enhance them in all fields.
The meeting touched upon national and regional latest developments, including UN efforts to realize peace in Yemen on the bases of efforts of Saudi Arabia and Sultanate of Oman to stop the war and improve living conditions of Yemeni people, as well as releasing inclusive political process in accordance with local, regional and international references, especially Security Council Resolution 2216.
President al-Alimi praised deep-rooted mutual relations between the two countries and the role of the UAE within the Arab Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen.
He also praised UAE humanitarian and developmental interventions to alleviate suffering of Yemeni people over Houthi militia's triggered war.
