Defense Minister discusses with US, UK ambassadors latest developments in Yemen

Minister of Defense General Lieutenant Mohsen al-Daeri has discussed separately with US Ambassador Steven Fagen, US Military Attache and UK Ambassador to Yemen Abda Sharif and UK Military Attache latest developments in Yemen.

Minister of Defense renewed during the meeting held on Monday warning against danger of Houthi terrorist militia's threat to maritime ways and lines of supplying international energy by the militia's piracy and targeting ships, confirming that the militia commits these acts as a result of international community's negligence to continuous warnings.

Minister al-Daeri confirmed continuous Iranian supply to Houthi militia with weapons to implement its plots in destabilizing the region.

For their part, the US and UK diplomats confirmed their countries' support to efforts of achieving peace and reaching an inclusive solution to the conflict in Yemen.
