Crude oil prices fell in early Asian trading today, Tuesday, as investors' expectations of demand growth eased due to ongoing trade tensions between the United States and China.
Prime Minister praises relief efforts over Tej hurricane

Prime Minister Dr. Maeen Abdulmalik has praised central and local efforts coordinated under the sponsorship of Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi to alleviate impacts of Tej Hurricane and facing humanitarian repercussions in Hadhramout, Mahra and Socotra.
In a telephone call Prime Minister made with Governor of Hadhramout Mabkhout bin Madhi on Wednesday, he asked about conditions in the province, which is witnessing heavy rains over the hurricane, especially in eastern districts after the hurricane changed into a lower pressure.
He made it clear that the emergency committee in the province has been directed to swiftly move to the eastern districts to inspect damages left by heavy rains and floods over the lower pressure and directing technical teams to intervene to regain services in the impacted areas.
Prime Minister reconfirmed government's commitment to shoulder its responsibility in helping the wronged people over the hurricane and improve its responses to natural disasters.
