General al-Eradah presides over meeting for Judiciary Authority's leaders

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council General Sultan al-Eradah presided over Monday a meeting for leaderships and cadre of the Judiciary Authority in Marib to discuss with them situations of courts and prosecutions and challenges facing them and solving them.

General al-Eradah confirmed significance of the role of the local authority in implementing the rule of law and working on settling issues and disputes and realizing justices between people.

He praised accomplishments of the courts and prosecutions in Marib during their work in the past period, urging them exerting more efforts to finalize procedures and issues of citizens.

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council directed concerned authorities to complete a number of judiciary establishments and buildings and modernizing their infrastructure to keep pace with pressures and challenges facing courts and prosecutions over increasing population of displaced people and hosting community.

He confirmed keenness of the Presidential Leadership Council on providing more facilitations needed by judiciary institutions and facilitating their tasks and improving conditions of their cadre.

For their part, Chairman of Appeal Court Judge Mohammad Humaidan and Head of Appeal Prosecution Judge Aref al-Mikhlafi provided a review on the ongoing work in the institutions of the Judiciary Authority during the past period.

They touched upon most important challenges facing courts and prosecutions in Marib and provided a number of possible solutions to tackle them.
