Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak, met today with the Kenyan Governor of Mombasa, Abdul Samad Nasser, and reviewed with him the relations between the two countries, the ties between the Yemeni and Kenyan peoples, and the conditions of the Yemeni community in Mombasa and its contribution to public life, which enabled it to play an effective role in political, cultural and economic aspects.
The Governor of Mombasa expressed his desire to twin the cities of Aden and Mombasa, as they are two coastal cities, and to mutually benefit from the capabilities of the ports of the two cities to deepen bilateral relations and expand the horizons of bilateral cooperation.
