The National Committee to Investigated Alleged Violations to Human Rights informed Ambassadors and Representatives of the Diplomatic Missions in Arab Group in Human Rights Council on the committee's works and tasks and results of its field investigations.
In the meeting, which is being held on the sidelines of holding sessions of the 51st Round of the Human Rights Council, Chairman of the Committee Judge Ahmad Saeed al-Muflihi presented a review on the results of the 11th Periodical Report and challenges and difficulties, as well as recommendations presented by the report to all parties of the conflict.
Judge al-Muflihi touched upon latest developments of human rights in Yemen and field investigations carried out by the committee in violations committed by all parties in all Yemeni provinces.
For their part, Arab ambassadors and the diplomats expressed their appreciation to the role of the committee under current conditions in the country.
They confirmed their continuous support to the efforts of the committee as a national machinery body monitoring and investigating all alleged violations to human rights.
