Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed BinMubarak engaged in the deliberations of the 3rd Session of the Arab-Japanese Political Dialogue at the ministerial level held in Cairo today, Tuesday.
He provided an informative presentation about the latest developments Yemen has been going through, affirming the Presidential Leadership Council's support for all regional and international good offices, the efforts of the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General to Yemen and the Saudi-Omani mediation to renew the truce, end the conflict and achieve the comprehensive and sustainable peace.
The Minister reiterated his call on the international community and International Security Council to mount pressures upon the Iran-allied Houthi militias to come to sit down to negotiate peace, put an end of the protracted humanitarian suffering.
