Crude oil prices fell in early Asian trading today, Tuesday, as investors' expectations of demand growth eased due to ongoing trade tensions between the United States and China.

Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Dr. Rashad al-Alimi met Tuesday with the Security and Military Committee headed by Haitham Qasem Taher.
President al-Alimi listened to a report on the accomplishments of the committee since its formation in accordance with the Declaration of Power Transfer and relevant presidential decisions.
The meeting touched upon military and security conditions in the country and the current improvement plan to improve performance and infrastructure of the armed and security forces and promoting their competence to deter threats of Houthi terrorist militia.
President al-Alimi praised the accomplishments of the Security and Military Committee in the past period and hopes and aspirations to accomplish all its objectives including preparations for integrating military forces under a united national structure.
President al-Alimi confirmed keenness of the Presidential Leadership Council on continuing full support to the committee, directing ministries of defense and interior and military and security departments to implement the committee's recommendations and facilitate its duties.
