Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak, discussed today, in the interim capital, Aden, with the Regional Director of the Norwegian Organization (NOREF) in the Middle East, Omar Abboud, the developments in the political situation and the international and regional efforts exerted to achieve peace and end the war and the intransigence of the Houthi militia and its rejection of peace initiatives and its insistence on war and imposing its ideologies on the Yemeni people by force.
The Norwegian organization NOREF stands for Peaceful Conflict Resolution. It is an independent organization funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and international donors. It contributes to supporting the mediation process, peace negotiations, and providing initiatives for solutions to end conflicts.
