Yemen's Ambassador to Spain Aws al-Awd discussed Monday with Spanish Secretary of State for International Cooperation Pilar Cancela Rodríguez latest political, economic and humanitarian developments in Yemen.

The meeting discussed activating and promoting cooperation aspects between the two countries on the bases of the agreements and memos of understanding signed earlier between the two countries.

The Spanish official confirmed continuation of her country's support to the government of Yemen in all fields, in addition to playing a role with the European Union to find peaceful solution leading to the security and stability of Yemen and the region.
