Vice Parliament Speaker Mohsen Bassurah discussed Monday with Ambassador of China Kang Young latest developments in Yemen and efforts of realizing peace in accordance with the three agreed upon references.
Bassurah praised deep-rooted historical relations between the two countries and China's big contributions to Yemen in different fields in the past and recently, praising China's support to Yemen and the internationally-recognized government and efforts of Chinese ambassador to promote relations between the two countries.
He pointed out to Houthi militia's continuous stubbornness and its rejection to all peace initiatives led by Saudi Initiative, American Initiative and Omani mediation.
For his part, the Chinese diplomat reconfirmed his country's position supporting Yemen's unity and stability, pointing out that China will have big projects in Yemen's reconstruction.
