Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Bin Mubarak spoke today via videoconference with the British Ambassador to Yemen Richard Oppenheim on the situations in Yemen and the ongoing efforts to achieve peace.
The conversations covered a range of topical issues including Houthi militia's military operations, the need for getting Riyadh Agreement fully implemented and Safer Oil Tanker problem.
Bin Mubarak underscored the paramount importance of getting Riyadh Agreement implementation accomplished in order to join efforts to counter Houthi militia's military attacks on different regions.
The British Ambassador stated that his country is supporting the UN Secretary General Special Envoy Hans Grundberg to reach peaceful settlement to the conflict. He also confirmed the UK's support for Yemen's unity, security and stability.
