The Ministry of Youth and Sports announced the resumption of sports and youth activities in early July, after two months of suspension over coronavirus fears.
Minister Nayef Al-Bakri ordered the resumption of sports functions after consultations with the Ministry of Public Health and Population, regarding the developments of the covid-19 pandemic.
The minister confirmed his directive to resume sports and youth entraining activities starting from the first of next July, provided commitment on the part of sports clubs and federations to the precautionary measures against the novel coronavirus, according to the protocol of the Ministry of Health.
