The Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Qassem Buheibeh discussed with the chief of mission of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) the organization's interventions in the health fields.
During the meeting, held in the interim capital Aden today, the Minister was briefed by the IOM official on the projects and activities that the organization supports in the health sector, and its projects in managing IDP camps in a number of governorates and providing the necessary support for foreign refugees in Yemen, especially Ethiopian refugees.
The minister appreciated the great support provided by the organization in strengthening the health sector, stressing the importance of focusing on the areas most in need, especially in IDP camps, and increasing support for health facilities that provide services to illegal refugees.
