Governor of Lahj General Lieutenant Ahmad Turki has praised high level interventions of the International Organization for Migration and implementation of a number of projects in fields of water, health and education in the province.
In his meeting with representative of the IOM in Yemen on Wednesday, Turki praised significant social projects to cover needy districts in the province.
For his part, the IOM's official praised efforts of the local authority of Lahj, pointing out that the organization will double its plans and activities to include 20 new projects to locals and displaced people in the province.
