Foreign Minister Mohammed al-Hadhrami affirmed the government's commitment to facilitating the mission of humanitarian aid organizations and workers in Yemen.
In a meeting with the Deputy Manager of the General Department of Humanitarian Aid Operations at the EU today, al-Hadhrami said the government would continue to ensure that aid agencies can reach beneficiaries across the country.
On the other hand, the minister deplored the Houthi consistent abuse of humanitarian assistance by thefts and obstruction of deliveries.
He condemned the Houthis for the obstruction of efforts to alleviate the humanitarian crisis which the militia is blamed for triggering by mounting a coup and relentless insurgency since 21 September 2014.
