Al-Iryani: Airlift a humanitarian initiative aims to allievate peoples' suffering

Minister of Information Mua'mer al-Iryani said " the airlift from Sana'a airport to Egypt and Jordan was a humanitarian move intended to allay the population suffering who have been chafed under the yoke of Houthi militia control, mainly the sick people who need to medical treatment abroad".
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) he added" This humanitarian initiative affirms that the Yemeni government and Arab Coalition in support of legality in Yemen are interested in alleivating the populations' suffering in Houthi militia controlled regions by facilitating their travel abroad for medication".
It is important to note that Houthi militia has turned down all initiatives by the government to operate national flights from Sana'a airport to other Yemeni airports in the government held-regions.
