Ambassador of Republic of Yemen to Jakarta, Indonesia, Dr. Abdulghani Ashamir met Thursday with the Indonesian President's envoy to the Middle East Dr. Alawi Sheha.

They discussed aspects of bilateral ties and cooperation between the two countries.

Ashamiri touched upon the difficulties facing the Yemeni community in Indonesia, asking for more cooperation by the Indonesian government about the visa and residence procedures for the Yemeni nationals.

The Indonesian official stated that directives will be communicated to the authorities in charge to consider offering more possible help about visa.
