Taiz Taxes Building re-opened after maintenance

First Deputy Governor of Taiz Abdulqawi al-Mikhlafi- along with Taxes Authority Fuad Shuga'ddin- launched on Sunday Taxes Building after reconstructing over destruction caused by Houthi militia's war on the province.

Al-Mikhlafi stressed necessity of improving income and not playing with collecting them, as well as deterring anyone trying to play with public funds.

He also called on all political and civil and military components to cooperate with the local authority for normalizing life and tackling faults in the province.

For his part, Shuga'ddin praised efforts for regaining the state's institutions.

Meanwhile, Director of Tax Office in Taiz Ahmad al-Saba'i made it clear that re-opening the building and regaining infrastructure will enable them setting up integrated tax database and defining revenue windows for developing them.

He pointed out that Houthi militia seizes the most tax revenues of the province and subject them to wage war and besiege the province.
