Vice President (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh met Sunday with commanders of government's troops in Qaniah front of Al-Baidha province.
The meeting included Governor of Al-Baidh, Commander of the military axis, Maj. General Nasser Asswadi, and Commander of Baihan military axis and 26 brigade infantry , Maj. General Mafareh Bahaibeh.
The commanders reported to (Lt Gen) Mohssen about military situations and combat operations in Qaniah front where government's armed forces are battling Iran-backed Houthi militia.
The Vice President applauded significant victories gained by the government's troops, highly praising General Bahaibeh's courageous command and sacrifices he has made to defend the country's national interest.
" General Bahaibeh has set a good example to the patriotic military commander who heroically fought vicious battles against Houthi putschist militia'', said Mohssen.
The Vice President has made clear that peace choice has always been favored by the legitimate leadership headed by President Abd-Rabb Mansour Hadi, but Houthi militia has continued to refuse to come to peace in order to serve Iran's interests and its scheme.
(Lt Gen) Mohssen ordered more efforts to re-establish stability, security and alleviate the Yemeni peoples, suffering.
The Vice President commended the sacrifices extended by the armed forces' personnel, highly appreciating significant support by Saudi- led Arab- Coalition member states.
