Minister of State for Parliament and Shoura Council Affairs Mohammed Al-Himyari said" Members of Parliaments who are still in the Houthi militia's controlled regions including Speaker Yahyah Arra' and some 3o others are considered to be under-house arrest, don't free to move and their life is at risk. Their properties under the militia control including houses which almost all stormed by militiamen and threatened to be detonated as the militia did with many opponents".
Al-Himyari's statement came as he met Thursday with the Lebanese Ambassador to our country Hadi Jaber.
Yemeni-Lebanese bilateral ties were discussed during the meeting.
Al-Himyari touched upon situations in Yemen, noting that the MPs are willing to hold the Parliamentary sessions after the quorum is accomplished. stated that
The Minister stated that fair solution the legitimate leadership and all Yemeni people are keen on is based on the three terms of reference including the GGC' Initiative, its operational mechanism, outcomes of National Dialogue that all political constituencies contributed to including Houthi movement and UNSCR 2216.
