Fatah explores Turkish Red Crescent's relief aid

Minister of Local Administration—Chairman of Supreme Relief Committee—Abdulraqeep Fatah met Saturday with the president of the Turkish Red Crescent Dr Kerem KINIK.

Fatah's conversations with KINIK focused on aspects of relief aid and projects that Turkish Red Crescent Society can offer to Yemen.

Humanitarian situation in Yemen and the consequences of the Houthi militia's were touched upon.

The Minister explored the continuation of Turkish relief assistance and Turikish contribution to support short term projects in the government-held region, as first phase.

He highly appreciated the Turkish government's support to Yemen in different fields, praising the Turkish Red Crescent's role in relieving the Yemeni people.

Dr KINIK has affirmed that the Turkish Red Crescent will continue to provide relief and humanitarian aid to Yemen in different spheres
