The governor of Taiz province Ameen Mahmoud has ordered a revitalization of a security crackdown on wanted gunmen hours after they seized had evicted military police out of it and seized it in the center of the city.

Chairing an emergency meeting after the gunmen seized the Republican Hospital in the Republican Neighborhood inside the city, Mahmoud ordered the conduction of aninvestigation into the turmoil that occurred yesterday and ordered a crackdown on the gunmen and return of the police to the hospital and the neighborhood.
