Director of Health and Population Office in Aden Dr Jamal Khadabikhish met Tuesday with the official for health in International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) in Aden Rose Karin Auching .

Dr Khadabikhish explored the ICRC's assistance to support health sector in Aden, particularly kidney dialysis centers and chronic illnesses medicines.

Dr Khadabikhish along with the ICRC official paid a field visit to the Kidney Dialysis Center in the Public Educational Friendship Hospital. The trip aimed to know about the Center's needs of solutions, equipment and other requirements that the ICRC can help to provide.

The ICRC official confirmed that the ICRC will support diabetics and Kidney Centers in the forthcoming period. She stated that the ICRC has already entered into agreement to operate and support kidney dialysis centers for the period from September 2018 to June 2019.
