Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. The (NCIAHRV) explores cooperation with (JIAT)

National Committee for Investigation into Allegations of Human Rights Violations (NCIAHRV) held a meeting Thursday here Riyadh with Joint Incident Assessment Team (JIAT).

The joint session aimed to explore mechanisms of cooperation between the two sides in order to ensure an integrated legal review of the claims about the victims.

The two sides have underscored the importance of establishing professional and transparent investigation into the violations of human rights in Yemen with the purpose of reducing such incidents in the future.

The (NCIAHRV) stated that it is very important to receive replies from the JIAT as early as possible to get the investigations accomplished into the files under scrutinizing.

For their own part, the JIAT have promised to answer about any questions and inquires or letters the NCIAHRV may transmit to the JIAT.
