Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Ahmad al-Maisari has confirmed that unifying military forces and their duties and activating police stations are on the top list of the ministry's agenda.
In a meeting with a number of the commanders of the Ministry of Interior on Sunday, Minister al-Maisary praised steps taken by the ministry for re-organizing its position and enhancing security and stability in liberated provinces.
He called all for actual actions for activating the ministry and translating its plans on the ground.
Minister al-Maisari inspected the ministry's facilities and urged commanders for teamwork and to exert more efforts for improving performance of the ministry.
