Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi demanded the countries sponsoringthe political transfer in Yemen to denounce Houthi militia's continuous and imposing sectarianism as real situation in Yemen.

In his meeting with US Assistance Secretary of Defense Robert Karim and US Department of StateUnder Secretary for Gulf Affairs ThimonyLinder King on Friday on the sidelines of his participation in Manama Strategic Dialogue, he confirmed that imposing sectarian schoolbooks inciting for hatred between the homeland people was a crime against Yemen and humanity.

Reviewing developments in Yemen, al-Mikhlafi pointed out to horrific crimes carried out by Houthi militia in Yemeni cities under their control and outlaw executions. He confirmed that the government denounces Houthi militia's practices of kidnapping citizens and forcibly hiding them and continuous assassinations.

He called the sponsors to exert pressures on Iran to stop its support to Houthis and supplying them with weapons.
