Any talk about formation of a national government will not be acceptable only after rebels handover weapons and withdraw from cities, said Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service and Insurances Abdulaziz Jubari.

"The continuation of Houthi-Saleh's rebel and Emami project means continuation of bloodshed and violence in Yemen," said Jubari in a ceremony held for solidarity with mine victims held by rights and Civil Society Organizations Tuesday here.

The ceremony coincided the International Day on Awareness on Mines Dangers marking the 4th of April every year.

He added that rebels neither belief in partnership nor in other opinion "but believe in their dynastic and Persian rule and what they and other talk about a national reconciliation government means endless persistence of the conflict."

Houthis do not respect even allies in their rebellion, he said, and humiliate them as servants not as partners. "Any one wants to understand how Houthis think has to listen to the recent speech of the so called Abdulmalik al-Houthi, who insulted all Yemeni people, including their partners in rebellion, labeling them with different descriptions as ISIS, agents, mercenaries and five queue."

He confirmed that Yemeni people have only one choice that is unifying themselves to deter the rebellion as there is no wise man accept sectarian and arrogant project in Yemen.

"We are appealing those of live consciences in the People Genera Congress.. to adopt a historical role at this moment …to stand by Yemen," said Deputy Prime Minister, adding you are being humiliated by Houthis everywhere and I call you to rethink and cooperate with legitimacy to restore the state until holding elections.

For his part, Deputy Governor of Mareb Ali al-Fatimi demanded the government to call International organizations to establish a center for demining in Mareb to help local authority qualify national cadre to demine liberated areas.

The laid mines output local authority on demining and still kill and injure people everyday.

Meanwhile, the Head of Engineering Unit at Defense Ministry General Sheikh Thabit noted that the unit lacks cadre to treat with mines and this poses an obstacle hindering demining all liberated areas.

Engineering committees have taken out more than 35 thousand mines only from Aden Airport area, said Thabit, adding Houthi- Saleh's militias have laid much greater number of mines in Mareb. These mines; anti-armor and anti-persons are fixed with pedals to be more dangerous.

Engineering committees have taken out around 60 thousand mines from places near Mareb city, he added.

The organizations, which co-organized the activity presented a documentary showing they registered 76 people, among them 17 children and three women, have been killed just in the last quarter of 2015. While the number of the registered victims of mines in 2016 reached 61 people, 33 children and seven women.
