Local Administration Minister, UN official discuss humanitarian situation in Yemen

Riyadh (Saba)- Local Administration Minister Abdul-Raqeeb Fatah and Assistant UN Secretary-General for Affairs of Humanitarian Partnerships Rashid Khalikov on Wednesday discussed here in Riyadh the humanitarian situation in Yemen.
They also touched on the participation of Yemen in an international conference for supporting Yemen and providing further relief assistance which will be held in late April in Geneva to secure essential needs of water, food and medicine.
Fatah said that the situation in the areas run by militias of the Houthis and Saleh worsened day by day, affirming that they blow up houses, deport residents by force and siege neighborhoods and cities.
Fatah demanded the United Nations' organizations to condemn violations committed by militias of the Houthis and Saleh, signaling out that the Yemeni government welcomes all efforts exerted by these organizations including the providing of humanitarian assistances.
