The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Republic of Yemen’s sincere condolences and sympathy to the government and people of the friendly People’s Republic of China following the explosion that occurred at a coal mine in Shanxi Province, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries.

In a statement received by Saba, the ministry reaffirmed Yemen’s full solidarity with China in the wake of the tragic incident, extending heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and wishing a speedy recovery to those injured, as well as safety and rescue for the missing individuals.
