He highlighted Yemen's decade-long suffering from Houthi terrorist coup impacts, weakening state institutions, destroying infrastructure, and deepening humanitarian crises.
Zindani called for direct support to rebuild Yemen's state institutions and aid for reconstruction, as well as technical assistance to enhance governance and rule of law, and innovative climate financing mechanisms for vulnerable nations like Yemen.
