Water Minister discusses with FAO joint cooperation

The Minister of Water and Environment Eng. Tawfiq al-Sharjabi discussed today, Monday, in Cairo, with the Assistant Director-General and Regional Representative of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for the Near East and North Africa Dr. Abd al-Hakim al-We'ar aspects of cooperation and joint coordination about the projects funded by the FAO.
The conversations dealt with ongoing projects in Wadi Hajar and the Resilient Livelihoods Project in the protected areas as well as a series of projects funded by the World Bank, carried out by the FAO and projects funded by the Global Environment Facility.
