The President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, sent a congratulatory cable to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Victory Day in Russia.

On behalf of himself, the members of the Presidential Leadership Council, and the government, President al-Alimi expressed sincere congratulations and wishes of welfare to President Putin and progress and prosperity for the Russian people. He also wished for further flourishing and growth in the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in various fields.
