His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) came back today, Monday, to the interim capital Aden.

An official at the Republic Presidency Office said the Chairman of the PLC along with the PLC's members will double down the efforts to support the government's role in dealing with the economic and humanitarian challenges which have been seriously exacerbated by the attacks of the Iranian regime-allied terrorist Houthi militias on oil facilities and international shipping lanes.

The President is going to hold meetings with the government headship, political constituencies and the concerned authorities to join efforts to enhance the course of the economic and managerial reforms that are backed by the international community.

In this context, the source praised the supportive role of the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in enabling the government to deliver on its obligations and to foil the terrorist militias' schemes aimed to engulf the country in overwhelming humanitarian crisis.
