Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. The Deputy Governor of Marib governorate Dr. Abd Rabbu Meftah discussed today, Tuesday, with the Head of the International Committee for Red Cross (ICRC) in Yemen Christiane Shibolla the Committee's humanitarian interventions in the governorate.

Dr. Meftah highly appreciated the ICRC's significant interventions , underlined the need for further humanitarian aids to meet the needs of the IDPs and hosting communities in the governorate which has received above 2 million and 300 thousand of the IPD and some 40 thousand illegal migrants from Africa.

Dr. Meftah also discussed separately with the Head of the French Islamic Aid Organization in Yemen Daniel Monghi the organization's projects and activities in the governorate.
