President al-Alimi expressed, on behalf of himself, the council members, the government, and the Yemeni people, his sincere congratulations and best wishes to President Ghazouani, wishing him good health and happiness, and to the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania for progress and prosperity.
He wished more improvement to the bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.
