Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik received today, Sunday, the
the Chargé d' Affaires of the embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Yemen Chu Ch'ing.

The discussions dealt with the Yemeni-Chinese bilateral relations and cooperation and the latest developments in the Yemeni national arena, on top of all the UN-led efforts to launch an inclusive political process in view of the outcomes of the good offices by the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman.

The Prime Minister praised the Chinese support of the internationally recognized government and the UN's efforts to establish peace and allay the Yemeni people's suffering due to the war triggered by the terrorist Houthi militias.

The Chinese diplomat renewed his government's support for all efforts have been made to stop the war in Yemen and initiative a comprehensive political process to establish permanent peace.
He also stated that China is keen to pursue its humanitarian aid to Yemen in different fields.
