قالت مقررة الأمم المتحدة لحقوق الإنسان المعنية بالأوضاع في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة فرانشيسكا البانيز " أن التحريض على الإبادة الجماعية الذي تمارسه إسرائيل ضد الفلسطينيين في غزة يتجاوز نطاق جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية".

Human rights ministry denounces kidnapping Sana'a University's professors

The Ministry of Human Rights has held Houthi rebel militia responsible on the lives and safety of Sana'a University's professors after the militia kidnapped them on June, 19 while in their way to Aden at Naqil Yaslih, southern Sana'a.
In a release to Saba, the Ministry made it clear that the kidnapped professors are the Dean of the College of Education Professor Abdulbaqi al-Nahari, the Head of English Department at College of Education Professor Faze'a al-Maslami, the Head of Arabic Section at College of Languages Adnan al-Shuaibi and professors Abdulsalam al-Mikhlafi and Amina Abdo and her husband and two daughters.
According to the release, the kidnapped professors have been subjected to prolonged inquiry before detention except the female professor and her daughter.
The ministry called for quick release of the kidnapped people and forcibly disappeared, saying these incidents are continuation to crimes of killing, kidnapping and forcibly disappearance.
The Human Rights Ministry called the UN Office of Human Rights, the ICRC and other UN and international organizations to denounce this crime and exert pressures on Houthis to release all kidnapped and forcibly disappeared people and to provide health care to them.
The ministry called also these organizations to take deterring measures against the militia to stop its practices and crimes.
