Ministers, Aden University rector discuss implementation of externally funded projects

A meeting was held in the interim capital, Aden, today, involving the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Waed Bathib, the Minister of Finance, Salem bin Breik, and the rector of the University of Aden, Dr. Al-Khidr Lasur, to discuss the implementation of externally funded projects at the University of Aden, foremost of which is the project to establish a teaching hospital, funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development.

The meeting discussed the efforts made to implement the educational hospital project, which was halted due to the suspension of withdrawals from funds provided by the Arab Fund.

The meeting also dealt with the level of implementation of the project of equipping the buildings of the laboratories of the College of Pharmacy and the criminal research laboratory of the College of Law at the University of Aden, which would contribute to the rehabilitation of graduates from the two colleges and raise their qualitative capabilities, by benefiting from the project, which is under primary receipt.
