The United States' Embassy in Yemen said that the Internationally-recognized government of Yemen has the full right to defend its people and to end the ability of the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militias to carry out acts of terrorism.

Governor of Socotra Rafat al-Thiqali has confirmed keenness of local authority on providing necessary support to establish a center for Socotri language for studies and researches and Socotri heritage.
In his meeting with members of the preparatory committee entrusted with making the establishment system of the center on Wednesday, Governor al-Thiqali pointed out to significance of documenting vocabularies and Socotri tongue.
He pointed out to making researches on Arabic and foreign languages on cultural and environmental heritage of Socotra.
