The Republic of Yemen has condemned the terrorist operation by two booby-trapped cars in the city of Mahas of Hiran province, central of Somalia, resulted in killing, hurting dozens of civilians.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates issued a statement shared with the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) in which it confirmed the Republic of Yemen full solidarity with the Somali government and people.
The Ministry confirmed Yemen's support for all measures taken by the Somali government to maintain security and stability, fighting the terrorist groups.
The Ministry's statement reiterated the Republic of Yemen's principled position against all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism.
The Foreign Ministry expressed condolences to the families of the victims, wished for quick recovery to the wounded peoples.
