Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Nizar Basohayb, discussed with the Acting Director of the World Food Program of the United Nations, Ahmed Sheikh, today in the interim capital Aden, preparations for the implementation of the Food Security and Livelihoods Survey implemented by the programme.
The meeting stressed the need to take all necessary technical measures to implement the survey successfully, and to adhere to transparency and accuracy in the data.
When implementing the survey and preparing reports, to ensure that the government side, the international community and donors benefit from identifying the real and necessary needs of the community. Dr. Basohayb stressed the importance of benefiting from previous experiences and expertise in carrying out similar surveys during the last stage, in order to avoid any difficulties or obstacles when implementing the survey process and to ensure its success.
