On the sidelines of the meeting of the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS, Yemen's Foreign Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak met his Mauritanian counterpart and together discussed the prospects for cooperation between the two brotherly countries, and ways to enhance and develop them, as well as consultations on issues of interest to both countries regionally and internationally.
The latest developments in our country were also reviewed, including developments related to the UN brokered truce, and the Yemeni government's keenness and pursuit towards achieving comprehensive peace in a way that achieves security and stability for the Yemeni people and meets their aspirations.
For his part, the Mauritanian Minister renewed his country’s support for Yemen and its constitutional institutions.
