The newly appointed governors of the governorates of Lahj Murad al-Halimi, of Abyan Dr. Mukhtar al-Rabbash and of al-Dhale Maj. General Ahmed al-Qubba took the constitutional oath today, Saturday, before His Excellency President Dr. Rashad a-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC).

RIYADH - SABA
Vice President of the Republic (Lt Gen) Ali Mohsen Saleh urged all Yemeni peoples to align themselves behind the legitimate leadership of President Hadi to stop Houthi militias' terrorist actions and atrocities.

He said " The militias' terrorist behaviors and crimes against the Yemeni peoples and brethren in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates require all Yemenis to get united behind the legitimate leadership of President Abd-Rabbu Manosur Hadi to stand up to the Persian-Iranian subversive scheme in our country and the region".

His statement came during a telephone call he conducted today to the Commander of the Fifth Military Region Major General Yahya Saleh.

Mohsen expressed his deep appreciation for the role of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition in sustaining the Yemeni military troops in the ongoing combat operations against Houthi militiamen in different flashpoints around the country.
